Get folders metadata

It'd be helpful to read\update SharePoint list\document library folders metadata.

Some usage examples:

• to set a custom property for a folder (SharePoint supports additional columns for folder content types)

• to read the data how many items a folder contains (SharePoint has the "Folder Child Count" and the "Item Child Count" columns)
