Improve HTML code view for Mail message body in Workflow Designer

To aid the display of pasted HTML content into the Mail message body editor, a button/control to apply code/source formatting will greatly improve the user experience. Using a line number gutter when viewing the HTML code would be a good indicator of the mode and even allow for a visual reference.
